I Want to use latest Metabase 0.45.1 jar. I am running 0.43.0
The new jar just wont start. It closes after these....
It is the first time I get this problem I have been using metabase about 5 years... My java version is 8 as required.
Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks!

The screenshots doesn't provide any information about the problem. You'll need to include the full logs (as plain text, not as images).
Java 11 has been the recommendation for at least 3 years and minimum requirement since v44:

And you should not be using H2 as the application database when running in production:
