My dashboard filter shows different value.
When I enter 0 into the filter it shows Marial-0. When I enter 2 it shows Richard-2. When I enter 3 it shows Russel-3.
I don't know why showing like this. My other dashboard performing normally. Only this dashboard shwing this.

I don't understand what the problem is - Metabase shows the actual ID, when you are using a foreign key display value. If you don't want that, then reference the actual table entity ID instead, when setting up the filter connection to the card.
@flamber How I can remove showing this?
For example, I want to show what I input "0". Note "Marial-0"
@shaonyuvi Change the connected Field Filter column in the sidebar. I cannot see what it is connected to. Then you can look in Admin > Data Model > (db) > (table) > (field) 
to see more about that field.
