today ,I upgrade my version to 0.33.3, then I found the percent value is set to normal.
the I set normal to percent again, but in dashboard it still in normal type

Which version did you upgrade from?
There were some formatting issues on earlier 0.33 releases, but that should have been fixed on 0.33.3.
Can you double-check that the formatting is correct on the dashboard card - hover the card and click 
icon. Because you can define separate formatting on cards vs questions.
Otherwise try to remove and add the card again.
on the dashboard to reset to percent.
