Installed Nginx and configured for metabase proxy access.
When trying access getting below error.
could not resolve host: xxxxxx.com
Please help me on this.

be aware that the nginx config depends entirely of what you want to achieve. Also remember that if you want to have all this taken care for you (maintenance, https, upgrades, backups, monitoring, etc) we have Metabase Cloud.
