Pin Map with grey background instead of the map

Hi,

I've been created a pin map and all the pins are there correcty. But the background map is not been showed, only been shown a grey background.

Please take a look in the image below.

Has anyone faced something like that ?

I see you're connectig directly to a server in your network, and not using a CDN. Can you pop up the browser dev tools to see what's goinig on there?
