Postgres date displayed as datetime

Hello,

Metabase displays date columns with time: for example, 2020-07-13 gets presented as “July 13, 2020, 12:00AM”. Is this a bug or expected behaviour? I couldn’t check with other database systems to verify.

We are using Metabase v0.35.4.
