Problem related to connecting sql server to metabase

Hi all,

I am facing problem while connecting to SQL Server with Metabase. it shows Error: Timed out after 10.0seconds.

i want to connect it to my localserver(sql server)

using: sql server management studio 2019
sql server 2019
metabase v0.41

Please "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
Make sure that you are using the correct ports and that no firewall is blocking.

tried doing that but the problem still persist. please help
