"Complete name" is a field of the table glpi_itilCategories, related through a "left Join", fields ID´s.

Post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
And I cannot side the "Filter widget type" in the sidebar (because you have the field selector dropdown open) - otherwise try removing the variable and create it again.
