Pulse - Automatic email pulses not going out

I’m using sendgrid smtp integration for sending pulses.

When I do the manual test for a pulses that works great.

But the automatic pulse just does not go.

I’m currently running metabase on AWS (but through a jar file) hosted on an Ec2 Linux instance. I’m on the current version minus 1 on Metabase.

Any idea why my pulses might be failing , and what I could do to fix/troubleshoot the problem?

Please post “Diagnostic Info” from Admin > Troubleshooting.
Check the log for errors, when it should send the pulses - Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs
I have a feeling that you might be seeing the same thing as this issue - check the job status - Admin > Troubleshooting > Jobs:
