By any chance can I change the template in which pulses are shared?
For eg. I need to change the visualization type of the question in the pulse
Also, can i put some URL to a dashboard or any other URL in the pulse?

I guessing that you are asking about the email templates. No, they’re currently not customizable.
You would have to build your own version of Metabase if you need to change those.
