If the card data is downloaded the filters are not applied. I think the query is just rerun but without the filters.
This is especially a problem with hidden filters in embedded cards as this breaks privacy in our case where we have views for clients which are only allowed to access their own data. We filter the data using a hidden filter in the dashboards.
But in a download everything is visible.
This is a showstopper at the moment for us.
