Regenerate Metabase Postgres DB

Hello, I wanted to build our Metabase Postgree DB in a new instance because I have a DB error somewhere (ERROR: could not open relation with OID 16490...)
That's why I tried to rebuild Metabase on a new server with Postgree and then fill each individual table via CSV. Dump doesn't allow the DB because of the OID error
Unfortunately that didn't work - Metabase doesn't start: Trigger Error.

Hence the question: How can I save my database with several hundred queries? What can I do? What is the best way to set up the Postgree DB and integrate the data?

Thanks for any help.
