I have connected redshift database to Metabase. All the data tables are visible when I write simple question in Metabase but when I am creating custom queries it throws an error saying " Relation doesn't exist". Kindly look into it and provide any solution.

Post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
I don't understand what you mean with "simple question" and "custom queries". Provide more details, if SQL, then provide the query.
And include the full stacktrace error from Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs.
