This problem is happening only with new users , even if they never logged in Metabase they get the error: 'password incorret contact your administrator' and when I reset they password they dont receive imediately the e-mail ..sometimes take days and when they receive the e-mail, they can only access in that specific day but in the next day same error appear like a looping.

Post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
Check your SMTP server logs.
The invitation email is only valid for 2 days.
