Is there a way I can search all my saved questions for a specific table in one go?

You can use the Reference section to see which GUI questions are based on a specific table.
Go to Browse Data > Learn about our data > (database) > (table) > Questions about this table

If you need to find any reference (including SQL), then it's a lot more difficult and would require digging through the metadata: Metabase Metadata SQL
