Set Email success but restore default settings soon

hello everyone , I set Email with the Metabase Documentation,then I can receive "Metabase Test Email" successfully,but the Email setting will restore default settings soon.can anyone fix this problem?help me ,thanks a lot.

Are you saying that after you save the configuration, then the fields “SMTP Host”, “SMTP Port” and “From Address” are cleared/empty?
Which version of Metabase?
Which browser and version? Have you tried starting your browser without extensions/addons?

yes,the configuration that I set doesn’t work, the version of Metabase is v0.33.6
when I change the browser (FireFox), the configuration are set up and email work as normal.thank you very much.
