Should users with no SQL access not still be able to see saved questions?

If I have correctly read the metabae docs. If I give a user unrestricted data access to a set of tables, but no access to write SQL queries, they should still be able to run saved questions which had been originally written in SQL?

This dosen’t seem to be the case, or have i misread something?

Please post “Diagnostic Info” from Admin > Troubleshooting.
I’m not sure if I understand. If the question is in a collection that the user has access to, then they can view the question even if you revoke data permissions.
