Hello, i've got big issues, we verufy waf etc but we still have some issues with the modification or creation of sql request...
Is there somebody have same issues ?
I'm under 0.41.6 version.

If it happens, when you try to create new SQL questions, then it is usually caused by an aggressive WAF or another reverse-proxy somewhere:
