Time period summary

I am wondering if I can use a time filter to get a summary data.
For example, if choosing 'last week', it will show a summary of orders and cancel rate for the past last week, when choosing 'this week', it will show data for this week.

Yes, that's possible, but you are not providing any other information to help you with why you're having problems with this, so post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting, and screenshots of the Notebook editor of the question.
