Troubleshooting logs contain ERROR Failed to set timezone

Hi Community members,

Upon checking admin setting - troubleshooting - logs
I noticed following timezone error

ERROR metabase.driver.sql-jdbc.execute Failed to set timezone 'America/Toronto' for :mysql database
java.sql.SQLTransientConnectionException: (conn=40409) Unknown or incorrect time zone: 'America/Toronto'

I believe one of the MySQL DB doesn't contain specified timezone setting, but I'm not sure which mysql service is associated with this error as we have multiple connecting mysql db.

here's some current version info

  "application-database": "mysql",
    "application-database-details": {
      "database": {
        "name": "MySQL",
        "version": "8.0.36-0ubuntu0.20.04.1"
      },
      "jdbc-driver": {
        "name": "MariaDB Connector/J",
        "version": "2.7.6"
      }
    },
    "run-mode": "prod",
    "version": {
      "date": "2023-11-07",
      "tag": "v0.47.7",
      "branch": "?",
      "hash": "dd51fd4"
    },
    "settings": {
      "report-timezone": "America/Toronto"
    }
  }
}

Does the issue still happen with latest version of Metabase?
