Unable to upgrade to 47 - blank screen + vendor bundle and uncaught syntax error

We got this message:
"Metabase 0.47.7 is available. You're running 0.46.6.4"

After upgrade to 47.7 the browser returned a blank screen
We tried 47.0 same thing
Had to revert to 46.6.4 - did anyone else get this, and have ideas on how to proceed?

Thanks in advance.

ps. we saw this message but don't know if it is related - and what it means or how to handle it

Hi, we figured this out in case anyone is reading.

Some time ago we added google tag manager to nginx configuration and it was automatically added to metabase head and body tags.

Now it seems it started to conflict with metabase javascripts.

When we removed it we were able to upgrade.
