Unavailable to see collections inside personal collections from a admin profile

Hi,
I´m trying to access from a admin profile a collection inside a personal collection of a no admin user.
For example, this is the no admin view of his personal collection. I want to see the sales question inside the public collection that is inside of the no admin personal collection.

But when I try to access the personal collection of the no admin user from a admin user I obtain a empty collection:

Pdd: I´m able to access the sales questions through the activity tab.

I´m running version 0.40.4 in aws elastic beanstalk.
