- Post "Diagnostic info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
- Post which database type you are querying, and the full query.
- Post the actual error instead of only a screenshot.
- Make sure you're using the same collation everywhere in your database, or convert the collation as needed. Read your database documentation.
