Upgrading Metabase on hosted platform

I am trying to upgrade to pro and I have no idea how to do this. I am on a hosted platform and its asking me to sign in when we dont have that. I have tried reaching out to metabase and no one has responded. I feel like this is a silly question, but how do I upgrade to the Pro plan. I want to upgrade because I want to better understand and manager our query run time and dashboards that are placing on our system.

Hi @emosse

We've replied multiple times to you. Please check your email spam folder.

If you are currently a Metabase Cloud customer, then please give me your DNS alias, since I cannot find you.

If you are using self-hosted open source edition, then do the following:

  1. Signup for a self-hosted Pro trial via https://www.metabase.com/pricing/
  2. Then you will receive an email with the license token.
  3. You have to switch your current JAR or container image of the open source edition to the Enterprise (yes, also for Pro), while still pointing to your existing Metabase application database, so it keeps everything. Basically almost the same process as doing a normal upgrade.
