When updating Metabase on Heroku, getting version 0.27.1 instead of 0.28.1

I just tried to update Metabase on Heroku, After cloning the repo on git and pushing, I’m getting an up-to-date message from git.

Was this version released for Heroku environments?

It looks like the version published is from 3 months ago, which would be 0.27.1. I’m not installing to a new heroku app and reconfiguring, so will wait for them to update git repo.
