This question is not a native query and already it has the 'Created At ' variable in the filter section of the query builder. I want to use Created At as the date but the date filter has no effect on it, can you please help with this? the question is created with the query builder.

Post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting, and which database type you are querying.
And I don't know what "no effect" means - can you include a screenshot to better understand?

Even the beside card ( which pretty the same question but have one extra filter in the query builder)have shown the dropdown to choose the Created at.

I did the steps like this
1- Visulazie, change to table viz, remove the custom columns ( Hy, Hu, nfp, Ins)
2- save the question, refresh
3- add to the dashboard, add Time filter and try to connect to card - it will say No valid fields on the card.
4- Save the dashboard
5- Add the custom columns ( Hy, Hu, nfp, Ins) again, save question
it will say No valid fields on the card again!
Do you have any idea why this is so?
Also it is my first time posting , could you let me know where should I "post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting"??

The only reason I referenced 19745 was because you said it worked for the other question, which is exactly the same, but I'm guessing that's not quite right.
