My work in Metabase is primarily for a subsidiary of Mercy Corps, called MicroMentor. As a social enterprise, MicroMentor delivers curated mentoring programs to promote economic development, technical assistance, and employee engagement. In my role, I bring the data that supports our internal measurements to share successes with external stakeholders.
