Access Metabase remotely (firewall issue)

Hi there,
Being part of a startup we try to have some vision on our numbers.

I created new users and the emails were sent without any problems.
However I cannot log in with those users. I know I’m probably doing something wrong but I don’t know what (I’m not an IT guy).
Obviously it must be linked to the fact that the .jar file I executed created an instance on the localhost:3000 of our server (physical server linked to our company network) on which the database is located.

I would like my colleagues to have access to this instance of metabase too.

How should I proceed?

Sounds like your firewall is blocking access or you’re using the wrong host name.
If you could provide more details of your server and the address you’re using to access, it would be easier to help.
