Add a banner/message to all dashboards

Hi:

My company use metabase for dashboards. When data is delayed, is it possible for us add a banner or message to let users to know the dashboard they saw is not up to date ? Ideally, we set up the banner / message once, and it will show up on all dashboards. Thanks
