Add setting to display all fields for tooltip

Hello,

Prior to version 51 / 52, scatterplots would by default show the fields for the tooltips. With the recent versions, users now have to manually select the fields they want to show for each question that uses a scatterplot.

This is a bit cumbersome since I have a lot of individual questions with scatterplots and dashboards with questions with scatterplots.

Can you please add a global tenant setting whereby default it will show all fields similar to version 50 behavior then users can manually toggle certain fields off if they do not want to see it?
