I had a feedback from one our our users that could not set up destination for the alert. It is a Viewer Account. I (Admin) on my side can chose which email and/or Slack chan can receive an alert.
I could not find any permission setting to explain why it is that way is it linked to pricing?

Do you have any update on when this would be unblocked, the only solution I found internally to cope with the issue is to share the admin credentials with people that need to create alerts in Slack channels. Really not ideal from a security POV.
