All Users group can't create new collection under 'out analytics'

Hi,

I just upgraded metabase to 0.31.0, and I find it is reported ‘You don’t have permission to see that’ when trying to create new collection under ‘out analytics’ as a user from ‘All Users’ group. However, the ‘collections permission’ configuration indicates ‘all users’ group can ‘edit this collection and its content’ for ‘Our analytics’. Is there anything I can do to make ‘All users’ group be able to create collections under ‘Our analytics’?

I’m pretty sure the bug you’re reporting is fixed in 0.31.1, which was released yesterday.
