I have made a feature request at Amundsen for dashboard metadata indexing for data discovery here: https://github.com/amundsen-io/amundsen/issues/791. I wanted to make the community aware of the request.
Amundsen already has support for Mode, Redash, Tableau, and Superset, and I think that it would awesome to have the connector for Metabase, too.
