Audit tab shows "No Results" for many of the menu selections

Hi all,

We just started running the Enterprise version (activated with a license) and are testing the different features of Metabase with one of our databases. When we look at the Audit tab in the Admin area (Settings > Admin > Audit), we see “No Results” or “There was a problem displaying this chart.” for many of the menu selections. We ran some queries, downloaded some reports and did some other activities that we thought would register in the different menu items of the Audit tab.

For Team Members > Overview, the chart displays but “Members who are looking at the most things” and “Members who are creating the most things” has “There was a problem displaying this chart.” “All Members” has “No Results” and the member name search returns “No Results”. Team Members > Audit Log shows a listing.

For Databases and Schemas, both > Overview and > All databases for each has “No Results” and “There was a problem displaying this chart.” We have one MySQL database attached to Metabase.

For Tables > Overview, “Most-queried tables” and “Least-queried tables” has “There was a problem displaying this chart.” Tables > All tables shows a listing.

For Questions > Overview, “Most popular queries” and “Slowest queries” have “No results” but we see the chart. For Questions > All questions, we see “No Results”. We’ve asked at least a dozen questions.

For Dashboards > Overview, there are “No Results” and for “Most popular dashboards and their avg loading times” and “Questions included the most in dashboard”, it shows “There was a problem displaying this chart.” We’re using the standard dashboard but there are two of us testing Metabase, each with our own account, so we thought something should appear in this selection.

For Downloads > Overview, we see the chart but “Total downloads per user” displays a warning icon and “All downloads by size” has “There was a problem displaying this chart.” Downloads > All downloads shows a listing.

Is the Audit feature working correctly or is there a setting or something that we’re missing? We expected most, if not all, of the audit menu selections to display content.

Many thanks for your help!

Hi @cheesypoofs
Please use support email, when using the Enterprise Edition.
And please include errors from the log (Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs), when you’re seeing “There was a problem displaying this chart”.

Hi @flamber,

Thanks for replying. Where do I find the support email address for Enterprise edition users?

Thanks!

@cheesypoofs It’s in the token email you received - support at metabase dot com

Thank you, I’ll send to the address provided.
