Avoid automatically showing column fields in a table to query

Hi there,

I would like to have the possibility to just pick the fields I want to have showing in my queries as opposed to have them all showing as soon as I pick a table to query.

Is there a way to do that?

I am currently querying tables with dozens of columns and it would save me a lot of time.
