Hi all, followed the guideline to implement Metabase on AWS EBS along with a RDS instance of Postgresql. However, my billing has gone up by $30 per month because of this setup. Are others experiencing the same? What can I do to optimize this cost?
Other tip is a annual subscription (https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/reserved-instances/) but you can simulate your AWS cost using https://calculator.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html
If you install postgresql along application in same EC2 instance, probably will “cut” RDS cost
