Azure Synapse - How can I connect Metabase to it?

Hi, Thanks for the great product.

Is there a way to connect azure synapse analytics to metabase? Preferrably an easy one? :slight_smile:

We have very restrictive compliance rules:

  1. Data must be on our Azure Cloud (Brazil) - This means most DWH are not usable.
  2. Requesting another cloud provider such as GCP / AWS will take months internally, and I wanted to start using metabase asap :slight_smile:

Can anyone give me a hand? I thought about deploying clickhouse on AKS but it looks very challenging, and difficult to manage infrastructure, backups etc.

you should be able to connect with the SQL driver without any problem
