Bar Chart - Having more than 2 Y-Axis showing incorrect chart

What is incorrect about the graph? You are marking things with red, but everything looks as it should.
If you don't want to use split Y-axis, then disable it in the visualization Settings > Axes > Split Y-axis when necessary.
