We are paid customer, just wanted to know what is the best approach to connect to get help for our queries and speed up our metabase activities and check logs?

If you are a customer, then you can go to Admin > Troubleshooting > Help > click "Contact support".
As for speeding up your queries, that is very difficult for us to help with, since it requires knowledge about your database structure, so you should try to get help from a DBA.
