After latest update to 0.56.3.7 I’m facing a weird issue: cannot edit any questions on a specific tab on a dashboard, only download results option is availably through tree-dots-button
I’ve tried to duplicate the question, save to a separate collection and on a dashboard itself and I have admin rights - nothing helps
What do you mean exactly by “cannot edit any questions on a specific tab”
Does it happen to every dashboard, is it specific to 1 dashboard, can you share some images to explain what you’re experiencing

In this case they are on the same dashboard and even the same tab – so probably the tab is not the issue here
Can you click the question title to go to the question editor?
@dwhitemv yes, but in that case all dashboard filters apply - and that’s not convenient for other users
I was checking if the question editor was available and working. If it wasn’t, or you couldn’t get there, then it would indicate a different problem.
I looked through my dashboards and found an example of this. Cards where “Edit visualization” would appear in the 3-dots menu on previous Metabase versions is now missing, it just offers to download results like in the screenshot above.
You can still access the visualization editor by putting the dashboard in Edit mode; the ‘Edit visualization’ icon in the hover menu is there, and brings up the editor.
Running Metabase v0.56.4.2 at the moment.
EDIT: This is an intentional change to address this issue, where users without edit permissions could edit a dashcard’s visualization and thus gain access to dashboard edit mode without authorization:
