Can't filter by Entity Name column on model

Hi there!

We have a model in metabase with a column that's mapped to the an Entity Name column on an actual database table.

We can't filter values using the column - in the filter widget for the column the "Add Filter" button never becomes enabled after selecting values to filter on:

(This is production data so I've had to blank the names out).

Is this a bug or is there some configuration I'm missing to make this work?

This is on Metabase v0.43.4 deployed to AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
