Change the formatting of 'Row Totals' in pivot table

Hi I want to change what 'Row Totals' appears as in a pivot table - is this possible? Thank you

Hi @janas
The totals will display the totals, that cannot be changed.

This makes little sense for any kind of rate in percentage. I would usually want to see an average.
