Colour formatting map dashboard for negative and positive values

Basically trying to get some conditional formatting for one of the map visualisations we have.

Looking at % growth per country would be most valuable when we can more easily separate negative % values from positive % values. Currently, I can only use only one colour scale which would make a -100% a light colour and an 8% value a darker shade of the same colour, which is hard to discern.
