Conditional Formatting on table is lost when converting to model

I couldn't see this as a topic anywhere, but nor could I find it as an limitation to the conditional formatting rules.

Previously after adding conditional formatting on a table, the rows/cells would keep the highlights when it's converted to a model. That isn't happening now for some reason, the conditional formatting is lost during the conversion.

Is this something to report as a bug? Or is this no longer a functionality with models.

Example:

  1. Table with conditional formatting

  2. Converted to model

When you convert to a Model even column name gets reseted.

Models should be used as a source to other questions. So the conditional formatting ideally is applied to the question that is using the model as a source
