connection timed out

I'm receiving time-out error when I'm connecting to my PostgreSQL. Please see image below

Hi @jessie
Make sure that your Postgres database is not firewalled (otherwise add Metabase to allowed IPs) and that the database is not inside a VPC (it needs to be available on the internet).

If you using in Windows, open 5432 port in Windows firewall
