Connection with Excel and MS Access, is it possible?

I have some data in Excel and MS Access, and I would like to connect these tools with Metabase. So I wouldn't need to export the data from Metabase every time I use it.

Can someone help me ?

Metabase supports the following databases:
https://www.metabase.com/docs/latest/administration-guide/01-managing-databases.html#officially-supported-databases
You would need to get your data into some database that Metabase supports.
