Control over legend position and word wrap in visualizations

I saw this previous feature request, but I don't think this has been implemented: Improve display of legends with many series · Issue #11355 · metabase/metabase · GitHub

It would be ideal to have the option of changing the position of a visualization's legend AND to be able to have word wrap for legends instead of losing the text to ellipses.

Ideally, any visualization would give the option to show/hide legend, position legend at the top/bottom/left/right, and enable/disable legend word wrap.

This is a bit of a different use case, but not too different. I'm sharing something a bit more tangible: here's a visual example of why this is needed - the labels looks a bit awful and bulky. I would love to have the ability to wrap the text under each of these bars neatly, instead of having to rotate them.
