csv-"Database" > chart-values with 0 as prefix

Hello together,

has someone an idea why at every chart value (data based on a .csv an has the typ #number in the data-model) has the prefix "0".
On the mouseover you can see the correct value.

please post diagnostic info, and data type of the underlying data. Also chart settings should be nice to know
