Cursor jumping bug in expression editor

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a frustrating bug in the Custom Expression editor.

When I try to type a formula, the cursor keeps jumping back to the start of the input field. This scrambles the text and makes it impossible to write anything.

Has anyone found a workaround for this ?

What browser and OS are you using?

I had a problem like this several months ago on macOS after one of the Sequoia updates. It went away on its own, assumably after a software update.

I’m using Chrome on Mac Sonoma 14.2.1

Time to update. 14.2 is almost 2 years old (will be on Nov. 15). Current version is 14.8.
