THE OPPORTUNITY
As CX Data / Reports Manager your main goal is to support CX Gympass become a reference in terms of customer service quality and efficiency by making data-driven decisions. In order to do that you'll help to provide information and data, besides analyzing it to generate business-relevant knowledge.
This role suits those who had previous experience in CX and/or Call Centers, has a strong technical acumen and experience in developing data and reporting infrastructures and flexible dashboards and other front-end tools.
Who You Are
- Strong SQL and Python knowledge;
- Previous experience working with Power BI;
- Metabase knowledge and/or experience is a differential;
- Previous experience in Customer Experience and/or Call Centers is a differential Technical knowledge of data infrastructures (relational, non-relational databases, etc.) and Big Data;
- Knowledge of data extraction, transformation and loading processes;
- Advanced writing and speaking English skills;
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and collaboration skills;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment;
- Understands how to analyze metrics and data, in order to take appropriate action.
